In the end if he is so strained a problem with the presence of this record
in the pkg-plist - it could be removed globally.
Then describe about it in PHB and write or send a patch authors utilities
that insert such
field in new ports. And as about perl@ hat.. Put it on and you can do
anything (remove php since perl is better or vice versa) ;-)
