When this happens, I'd prefer people let portmgr know.  This would help
us to make the 'reset-or-not' decision.

So far this year, I only show one timeout from that maintainer; the last
PR sent in was ports/151302 from just a few days ago.  I'll add a note
to my logs and monitor the situation.
