  Log:
  * The module requires the SPL extension to be installed.
  * The module requires the php extenstions in the build env so add USE_PHP_BUILD
  * The module is not compatiable with php 4 so add IGNORE_WITH_PHP=4
  * Remove the MD5 line from distinfo.
