For this type of update that has a lot of dependencies, please do a
test run before commit and/or post a patch for review. I know Apache
says this is backwards compatible but stuff still breaks (some of it
is not their fault - for example, build.xml that errors if ant version
doesn't start with 1.6 or 1.7). I just sent a couple PRs but didn't
try to find everything.
