Bonus points for fixing that one on your own. :)  Now there are only 2.5
bugs, this is a persistent service so it needs KEYWORD: shutdown, and it
runs as a specific user so REQUIRE: DAEMON needs to change to REQUIRE:
LOGIN. The .5 bug is that it's not necessary to unset memcached_user
since that variable will disappear as soon as the script exits.
