Hmm its RESTRICTED, would the license allow that? I have prepared an
update,

I added DIST_SUBDIR so it won't try to use the old distfile (or is that
not necessary?) I also tried using the previous TARGET_DISTFILE
GoogleEarthLinux-${PORTVERSION}.bin and MASTER_SITES but that still
got me the old 4.1.something version...
