Uhh, I don't think it's correct. It seems these ports run on the
Linuxulator and we have a 32-bit Linuxulator both on amd64 and i386, but
having the 32-bit libraries is not a prerequisite of that. That macro is
only for ports that are native FreeBSD binaries compiled for i386.
