None. Tag-slippage is still possible for each and everyone of those ports
individually without any problems (note that Qt 3.3.5 isn't committed yet at
all). I plan to make a good deal more UI-file fixing commits in the near
future (for the KDE core ports), too - those will be equally tag-slipping
friendly.
However, I'm afraid that others have indeed (potentially) made life difficult
for RE in that respect - one commit I can think of would be the recent
libxine update which bumps the major shared library revision and thus affects
a great deal of dependent ports.
