  Log:
  Add urelay 1.0, an UCSPI connection proxy.  When used in conjunction
  with tcpserver and tcpclient, it may serve as a TCP proxy with some
  additional benefits such as sending a chunk of data at the start of
  the connection and "swallowing" a reply.
