Actually I meant IGNORE instead of BROKEN (both is superfluous, but
BROKEN alone doesn't prevent the package cluster from periodically
building, which is a waste of cycles), and you need to word the error
string so that the error message displayed to the user is a properly
worded sentence. And IGNORE strings, unlike BROKEN strings, should
not be quoted (because they are quoted internally in b.p.m).
