I have gone through and ensured that any open PRs were reassigned.
(Well, there weren't any, but it was worth checking).

I will also note that this brings the total of unmaintained ports to 2540,
a little over 25% of our ports collection.  Out of these, 604 have either
build errors, or PRs filed against them, or both.  Folks, please consider
adopting these strays: with a little care, they can make wonderful pets :-)
