Shouldn't you be able to get what Partition Magic supports from
Symantec's website?
http://www.powerquest.com/home_homeoffice/products/overview.jsp?pcid=sp&pvid=pm80
They state that Windows NT, 98, Me is supported, along with 2000 and XP,
so I assume that it is able to resize NTFS partitions on at least NT,
2000 and XP.
