  Added files:
    devel/boost/files    patch-tools_jam_src_build.jam 
  Log:
  Build bjam tool with -fno-strict-aliasing:
  - Fixes build on 7/amd64 (gcc 4.2.0)
  - Note: this only affects the build of the bjam tool,
    the libraries are build with the user's CXXFLAGS settings
