  Log:
  - Remove some code from updater_delete() so that it matches Delete()
    in Updater.m3 of CVSup and can be reused when handling other
    commands.
  - Make use of updater_delete() for the "checkout dead file" and the
    "update dead file" command so that they work as expected.
