Resetting PORTREVISION on PORTVERSION bump (was: Re: cvs commit: ports/misc/portell Makefile)

Don't do it. Never.

Michael did it because there was only 15 minutes since he updated the
port... which is well over the edge, IMHO. Let's hope he'll get away
with it this time :)
