Removing useless lines, adding a description on how to use it, comments,
mention dependencies, etc...

A question, do you really need File::Find ?  If it's added to make lint
maybe the "Find" part is not needed...  well I assume File::Find is not
part of vanilla Perl installation, it's why maybe you should remove that
dependency.
