  Revision 1.496 would not boot on my system due to
  ffs_mount -> bdevvp -> getnewvnode(..., mp = NULL, ...) ->
   insmntqueue(vp, mp = NULL) -> KASSERT -> panic
  
  Make getnewvnode() only call insmntqueue() if the mountpoint parameter
  is not NULL.
