It's fine to distribute this MIB.  All MIBs without CISCO in front are
industry standard, and we only include them on our FTP site as a
courtesy to our customers.  As for CISCO* MIBs, you could point users to
ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/v2.
