  Convert to nmount.  Add backwards compat cmount method.
  
  Same comment as msdosfs applies: It would be nice if we had generic option
  names for charset conversions.
  
  Use vfs_mountefrom().  Rely on vfs_mount.c calling VFS_STATFS().
