  Explicitly set the sandbox directory (it defaults to ~/tinderbox which is
  wrong when running a release tinderbox as root)
  
  Use the setup's COMMENT field in the subject of the failure report, instead
  of just "$branch tinderbox".
  
  Tweak the test setups.
