Switching to svn

I am planning to switch ctm lists like ctm-src-9 and ctm-ports-cur from 
cvs to svn.

This will create quite sizable CTM deltas which make changes to the 
second line of almost every file, where for example

# $FreeBSD: src/Makefile,v 1.234.2.19 2003/04/16 09:59:40 ru Exp $

becomes

# $FreeBSD: stable/4/Makefile 113553 2003-04-16 09:59:40Z ru $

I don't really see a good way around this, and I plan to go ahead with 
this change in a day or so.  But I thought I would send a message to 
this mailing list in case one of you had something to say about it first.
