Weird Kernel Problem, RH9, AIC7902

Greetings,
I've got a brand new SuperMicro dual xeon box (intel chipset) with an
onboard AIC7902 controller and Redhat 9 (fully updated) running two
software RAID arrays.
The RAID arrays are populated with two Seagate ST336607LC (rev 0007) and 4
ST373307LC (rev 0007). All are ANSI SCSI revision 03.
The problem is that the box will run for awhile following booting and then
after some random time interval (usually no more than a few hours), a SCSI
related kernel panic will bring everything to a halt.
Any and all suggestions to help resolve this would be greatly
appreciated. I've attached all the config info below.
TIA,
--Duncan
