It looks like something on channel B is dropping your into Single Ended
operation. What kind of terminator are you using on that bus? If it
doesn't say "LVD" or "SE/LVD", that is why your bus is dropping down
to "Ultra SCSI" speeds. If you really want to run at U320 speeds, you
should buy a U320 rated cable and terminator. U160 cables are rarely
up to snuff for U320.
On other potential culpret is any backplane connected to the cable.
Some backplanes are only SE and will force the whole bus to operate
in that mode.
