Problems with adaptec 19160, aic7xx and Tape Library

The messages would be easier to parse if they came from the most
recent driver with the register pretty printing option enabled.

That said, my guess is that your problem is due to a long delay
as the tape drive is trying to recover from a media write failure.
Have you tried using a different tape set?  Do you know if the
failure always occurs when a particular tape is used for the
backup?
