Where to get the latest?

I'm having some trouble with my system not mounting my root partition
under 2.0.36 (seems to work every time under 2.0.35). I thought I'd
upgrade to the latest version of aic7xxx so I installed 5.1.6 under
2.0.36 but the problem persists.
Is there a newer version relevant to 2.0.36? I noticed that the
2.2.0-pre9 includes a 5.1.10 but I can't seem to find a patch against
2.0.36 to go to that version at ftp://ftp.readhat.com/pub/aic.
I'll try posting further details if there isn't a newer version, but
since it fails (about 3 out of 4 times) to mount the root FS I'd have
to resort to writing the message down by hand and and typing it
in. The message I get is about 3 lines of 100+ characters so I'm not
looking forward to that task!
I'm running a 2940UW in a PPro 200 system with a 2GB W drive and 9.1G
UW drive attached to the 68-pin internal connector and an old 4mm DAT
attached to the 50-pin internal connector. I'm pretty sure
everything's terminated correctly and not only does it work fine under
2.0.35, but if I can get 2.0.36 to mount my root FS, by reseting, it
runs fine, but it only mounts my root FS about 3 out of 4 boots.
Thx,
Gary
