Gsoc weekly status #6:capsicumizing base system

Hello,
Last two week I mainly focus on the programming of tftpd I spent most
of time on
checking the functionality of file operation,and eusure that the wrq
and rrq mode works fine,
which costed me some time.It seems that we have to do some
rearrangement to enter
capability mode.
This week I plan to finish the remaining part and upload it.

rrq mode & wrq mode
next work:
finish capsicumizing tftpd(8)
upload tftpd(8) to phabricator
