Is this still happening?
Not sure if this is something that can be fixed on the xfce side. Maybe if you
could access the system remotely and try to discover what is happening.
Also are you still using the scfb driver?
With FreeBSD 13.1 you should be able to get good support for your hardware with
the drm drivers.
