I don't know if it's an oversight or intentional, but as of upgrading from 14.0
to 14.1 in early June, xf86-video-mga has been absent from the pkg repository. 
I just checked again, and it's still absent.

In the best case, it's absent because it's known not to work and will reappear
once it's been fixed, but there may be a testing issue: a patch was posted in
Comment #29 which I'd be happy to test once it comes out via pkg, but I think
the developers want someone to get the source from ports, apply the patch,
build it all, install, and test it and confirm it works first.
