I'd say libclc should even go to llvm port as its part indeed. This will allow
to not worry about 'version sync' stuff as in wasi-* ports. But I'm unsure what
would be the best here.

I must also disagree with 'Many' severity -- most ppl don't care too much on
LLVM version from ports which is being built. Likely 'Some' will be more
correct here.
