This is by design to reduce cruft and maintenance load. Nowadays, portmgr@ regularly cleans up legacy FreeBSD support *immediately* after EOL date documented in https://www.freebsd.org/security/#sup Mk/bsd.port.mk has ALLOW_UNSUPPORTED_SYSTEM conditional to deorbit EOL versions. -CURRENT and -STABLE aren't covered to avoid churn and due to ambiguous/organic support windows that can be as small as 1 hour or as larg= e as several months. However, once 14.0-RELEASE is finished it may be possible to deorbit early -STABLE snapshots and prepare for the eventual 14.0 EOL rough= ly 1 year + 3 months in future. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
