wireless update - new drivers in main

Hi,

a bit delayed after the stabilisation week followed by the llvm import
(and the drm-kmod fixes) I managed to merge the thee currently connected
drivers (iwlwifi, rtw88, and rtw89).

These were my first vendor branch merges (and three in one go) all with
conflicts to solve. I hope it's all well and nothing was missed or
broke.

Given I had very little feedback on that code from people based on the
github branch published earlier this month (thank you Phil Vuchetich for
rtw89 testing) I'll likely not try to merge these to stable/14 for the
release.

rtw89 is connected in stable/14 with the previous version.

I should also say thanks to others like emaste and wulf for helping with
the LinuxKPI reviews.

The next days I'll try to sort the install media (thanks to help from
Colin) and the installer then after as well as the firmware ports
(thanks jrm for the initial checks and helping me towards having a full
ports building setup with poudrier myself to hopefully speed things up
in the future).

Please test the new drivers in main and report back any problems.

I am stil waiting on feedback for LinuxKPI alloc changes.

November should then hopefully bring me back to work on new features
(and/or push them into the tree as well) now that the 3-staged update
finally made it into the tree.

I'll also try to get the other ath1xk and mt76 driver updates in as time
permits. They should be easier as I am not expecting further conflicts
to the already connected drivers in main. We'll see.

/bz
