I'm not arguing. Just pointing out that we at least do offer
something. I wonder if something like the following might be
a good starter in either /etc/defaults/wpa_supplicant.conf or
/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf

eapol_version=2
ap_scan=1
fast_reauth=1

# Define your network here

        priority=0
