Update on what will happen next (iwlwifi, rtw88, ... 14.0-R)

Hi,

here's a quick update on what should happen the next 6 weeks or so.

#1 we (that's likely mostly me with the help of you whereever possible)
need to get the stability issues of iwlwifi resolved for 14.0.
Predominantly in main and when confirmed to improve stable/14 and
    then the releng branch.

#2 for that I'll disconnect rtw88 as well from the build in "main" (not
in 14 yet). I'll also remove the rtw8? firmware from main which is
avail from ports using fwget (as is used for drm-kmod graphics drivers).
I do not know yet what will happen in 14.0 with rtw88. We'll see.

The main reason behind it is that LinuxKPI based driver updates will
need updates to all and testing and rtw88 has it's own issues (as
reported by some of you) and I don't have the capacity to do both
currently.

I'll try my best to keep all of the other drivers "kind-of there"
compiling the best possible but we'll work on them once iwlwifi is done.
If you want to work on them in the mean time it'll be a single line
change in sys/modules/Makefile to re-enable them. I'll send a separate
email about them and their state as I am aware the next days.

More as things progrss.
Bjoern
