[Bug 263707] iwlwifi crashed and would not recover after network fail-over

After added testing, I don't think this failure is related to an issue with the
fail-over and back. It appears related to enabling IPv6 now that I have a
provider that supports it. It was just coincidental that the failure happened
when the router dropped off-line for a few seconds.

I will do some further testing as I still don't have functioning IPv6.

I believe that there is still a bug, but triggered by the fail-over but not
caused by it.
