Thanks for confirming it. Then this sounds highly possible due to an issue in
Mellanox driver on Windows. Although there might be chance that an issue has
been revealed by the newer driver, it still worth to contact Microsoft and
Mellanox for this issue.  Not sure if they will ask you to check other OS as
Hyper-V guest, but if this is also reproducible on other OSes, it may increase
the visibility of this issue.
