If you can boot into single user mode, the mount your root FS r/w, you can add
this devmatch_blacklist to the configuration, the devmatch autoloads happen on
full boot from /etc/rc.d.

Not sure how this works with the install CD though, if the install itself
already slows down to a hog before you can get your hands on the module
loading, can you get a root shell to kldunload virtio_random?

I was upgrading from 12.2 to 13.0 so I don't know how the install CD behaves.
