One interesting note.

While this is entirely-different hardware a Pi3 running 13.1 does NOT have this
problem on its ue0 interface.  Its kernel, however, is older:

ZERO resets on its ue0 interface, its been up for 133 days and is on the same
Gigabit switch as the pcEngines machine noted above.
