quickly.  Let's let this sit in -CURRENT for at least a few hours, or maybe
until tomorrow, then please send a request for approval against releng/13.1 to
re@.

For the early merge to stable/13, please use 'Approved by: re (gjb, early MFC)'
in the commit log.

I would like to hear back from Nathan as well, if this addresses the issue he
had hit.
