Now disable the XHCI debugging.

And set:

hw.usb.uhub.debug=16

In /boot/loader.conf (I think that will work)

Then reboot and capture all messages (dmesg), and then run that usbconfig
command I gave you, if no USB mouse and keyboard shows up.

I think we are seeing some kind of timing race, with regards to enumerating the
USB 2.0 HUB there. I'm not sure why.
