ugen4.1: <(0x1b21) XHCI root HUB> at usbus4, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=SUPER (5.0Gbps)
ugen4.2: <GenesysLogic USB3.0 Hub> at usbus4, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=SUPER (5.0Gbps)
ugen4.3: <GenesysLogic USB2.0 Hub> at usbus4, cfg=0 md=HOST spd=HIGH (480Mbps)
pwr=SAVE (100mA)

I suspect the KVM USB keyboard and mouse is supposed to reside under ugen4.3 .

What happens if you run this command:

usbconfig -d ugen4.3 reset

Does any more devices show up?

You can also try:

usbconfig -d ugen4.1 reset
