Update the edk2 Makefile to use /usr/local/lib/gcc*/libgcc_s.so.1

Looks like there is ports infrastruture to help with
using the right -Wl,-rpath=/usr/local/lib/gcc* . So
this attempt of mine looks to be wasteful garbage.
