shows sysutils/edk2@fvp , sysutils/edk2@rpi4 , sysutils/edk2 ,
and sysutils/edk2@rpi3 all built (under 13.1-RELEASE). The
other flavors are amd64 only. So no build failures.

I do not know if updating quarterly to avoid the failure notices
would be appropriate or not.
