Simply running "make" in the port dir gives me this error.
Though, I also get the same error with "portmaster tex-xetex".
I have had this port installed, but updating it is failing since the latest ICU
check-in.  I have tried to remove and reinstall with no changes in the error.
I will remove all TeX components and retry.
