It looks like there are some recent NYC*BUG dmesgd submissions showing currently supported versions of FreeBSD running on agp hardware. Most are i386 but there's at least one amd64 case. Despite that I think it makes sense to remove agp for FreeBSD 15. The hardware was already being phased out of mainstream systems two decades ago and is now obsolete. I don't imagine the development effort to move the driver out from Giant is worth the cost and folks with old hardware who need agp graphics can continue to use FreeBSD 14.x. It's supported through 2028.
