To handle pre-release version, Mk/bsd.ruby.mk is changed as following. * New variable RUBY_DISTVERSION is introduced and the value is set correcponding to each standard ruby port in ports tree. * The value of RUBY_VERSION, RUBY_PORTVERSION, RUBY_WRKSRC and RUBY_DISTNAME is set by using that of RUBY_DISTVERSION These changes are unnecessary after this port is updated to final release of 3.1.0. But I would like to keep them as they will be required again when we add pre-release version of Ruby 3.2 to ports tree.
