Hello,

Apologies for any issues with this email, I am writing it on my phone (I avoid my phone entirely, but its almost 3am and I am not getting my laptop out, and I wanted to respond quickly).

If all you aim to achieve is to search the archives, use the search engine of your choice and then use the following:

site:https://lists.freebsd.org/archives/

Now as an example, if you wanted to be creepy and see all the emails I have sent to FreeBSD (albeit not a lot), you can simply enter the following:

site:https://lists.freebsd.org/archives/ polarian

Harnessing the power of search engines, they are much more powerful than most people realise, no LLM needed!

However, downloading the archives, not sure if it is possible, there may be a tarball somewhere, will let someone else answer that, I haven't got any experience with mlmmj. However the endpoint is rather simple HTML, shouldn't be too hard to crawl if no tarball is available.

Hope this helps anyways.

Take care,
Polarian
