No sound from Firefox

Dear kind FreeBSD users,

On one of my computers running FreeBSD 14.2-RELEASE I have no sound from
Firefox.
Sound plays from mplayer through HDMI.

I have added

media.cubeb.backend = oss

And it doesn't matter, media files through YouTube don't have sound.  They
did before but now they don't.

I had firefox-esr installed before, removed it and installed regular
Firefox. No sound either way.
