Hello world :-)

I just did pkg update; pkg upgrade on 13.3 and vlc vanished o_O

pkg search vlc returns nothing. Using latest pkg repo.

I managed to build and install from ports it works fine :-)

Are there any logs of previous pkg run to see what happened and do I
miss any other packages?

Thanks :-)

The issue is that a depen= dency (x265-3.5_3) distribution is failing to checksum correctly. That indi= cates that the distribution is corrupt, hacked, or that the file was regene= rated without updating the version, rendering hte checksum invalid. As a re= sult, vlc is not getting built.
