So you get the same set of packages for 14.0 as 14.1. The packages are built on the earliest still-supported branch of each major version. So packages for 14.0 and 14.1 release are being built on a 14.0 system. This is reflected in the 'x86_64-portbld-freebsd14.0' classification used in many GNU tools. This is absolutely normal for packages to be used on 14.1-RELEASE. Everything is fine. Cheers, Matthew
