Hello.

I can confirm arc_prune seems to be the problem.

However, after reading that bug reports, the related ones and the forum 
threads they link to, I'm a bit lost as to how exactly I should treat 13.3.
Should I apply the attached patch?
Should I cherry-pick come specific commit in git?
